Sunday Post: July 14th – July 20th

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimbra at The Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Happy Sunday!

Hope everyone is having a fantastic Sunday so far! It’s turned out to be a rainy, gloomy day here so I am enjoying some coffee on the couch with the fur babies for now.

As far as my blog goes, please bear with me as I struggle to find my “voice”. I go back and forth about what I want to post here so just be patient, please. :)

  1. I want to read The Fever also. Your body image book looks interesting, because most females have a poor body image problem regardless of how they look.
Enjoy your week reading and cat-cuddling!

    1. I hadn’t planned to read The Fever but we had it at the library and it was one of those situations where the book kept calling me, so I picked it up. Haha

So far, the body image book is interesting–only on the first chapter, though!

  2. I’m curious about The Fever. I’ve seen it around a few times and am intrigued. The body image books looks interesting as well. I’ve been thinking a lot about body image after going to the beach last month. My cousin is bigger than me – probably technically considered overweight – yet her body image is so much better than mine. I’ll have to look for both books. Have a great week!

    1. I’ve read some mixed reviews about The Fever and generally, in those cases, I have to decide for myself. So here I am!

I definitely struggle with body image and I think in today’s world it’s difficult not to. I will be posting a review of it when I’m done! :)

      Have a good one!

    1. So far, The Fever is very intriguing! I’ve read quite a bit of it pretty quickly (for me) and I’m still waiting for the mystery reveal! As for Living with Your Body…, I’m still in the first chapter. It takes me forever to get through non-fiction. But, the fact that I haven’t put the other book down isn’t helping either. Will review both, though! :)

  3. The Megan abbott book looks good, I’ve seen that one around too and am really curious about it. May have to get to that one soon… nice bookshelf post too. Have a great week!
